Chakra Therapy is the practice of healing and balancing the 7 main chakras. It is a holistic treatment that involves both physical and emotional healing. It can be done in a variety of ways, including through yoga and meditation.

The chakras are energy centers within our body that connect our physical body with our spirituality. When they are not balanced, our life can feel chaotic and unorganized. In order for our bodies to function in a finest way, all of our chakras need to be balanced allowing our energy to flow smoothly through our body.

Doing Chakra Cleansing Therapy, you’ll get the opportunity to work with your blocked chakras to clear and balance them. This will help you to bring more peace and harmony into your life.

1. Crown (Sahasrara):

The crown chakra is the highest of the chakras, located in the center of the head next to the physical heart. It is responsible for psychic abilities, spirituality, belief systems, and divine consciousness. If this chakra is not functioning properly, it can be difficult to connect with the higher realms and manifest a sense of enlightenment.

2. Third Eye (Ajna):

The third eye chakra governs the pineal gland, nose, eyes, ears and also the skeletal system. It is related to the senses of sight and hearing, and to your ability to perceive and form your own opinions about what you see and how you live. This chakra plays an important role in making you see things clearly, not only physically, but also morally, and even intuitively.

3. Throat (Anahata):

When this chakra is not working properly, you may struggle to speak your truth or express yourself in a manner that reflects your feelings. It can also be difficult to listen to others and accept contrasting opinions. Often times, this chakra is also associated with neck or jaw pain, thyroid issues, mouth ulcers, and dental problems.

The heart is the center of compassion, emotions, and love. It also governs your sense of self-esteem and personal power. If this chakra is not functioning well, you may have a difficult time trusting your instincts and making decisions that are in your best interests. You might also feel like you’re a victim of your own circumstances or unable to find true happiness.

It can also be associated with chronic back problems, irritable bowel syndrome, idiopathic diarrhea, and constipation.

This chakra is located at the bottom of the spine. It is the primary chakra of our body, which acts as an energy pathway to connect us to our physical bodies and the earth. The root chakra allows us to keep our balance and is associated with the color red which represents passion, strength and fire. It is also called the base chakra.

Visualizing your chakras helps to understand them better, and can be done through the practice of yoga. Your first chakra is situated at the base of your spine, and when it is in balance, it indicates perfect harmony between your consciousness and matter. Through my experiences in chakra therapy, crystal healing, and using the Essential Oils, I have found myself once again aligned with the universal laws of nature.

This yogic scriptures teach that when your mind meets body and universal consciousness with compassion and kindness, you will experience feelings of love and peace. The physical particles that make up matter meet individual consciousness at the first chakra.
